Intro

Reply via email makes it possible for internal users and client users to reply via email to messaging email notifications. For example, if you get a messaging email notification where a client asks you a question, you can simply reply to that email with your response, without having to log in to your Copilot Dashboard. Our hope is that this reduces friction for you and your clients, and makes it easy to quickly respond when you’re on the go.
