Intro
You can now set up an auto-responder directly inside Copilot! This will allow you to send immediate responses to your clients’ messages.
Message Auto-responder is a new app, available in Launchpad, and will be released to everyone later this month! It’s an internal-only app, meaning the app itself is only visible to Internal Users.
You can add the app via App Setup > Add an app > Message Autoresponder (under Internal apps).

- Auto-response - Outside Working Hours
- Configure your working hours to send immediate replies to your clients, even when you’re on the go!
- Auto-response - Always on
- When you want your clients to receive an immediate reply at all times.
- Auto-response - Off
- If you want to disable the auto-replies at any time, just turn it off!
- No duplicative auto-response messages to clients
- Auto-responder will only send a message in any given message channel at most once per hour, even if a client sends you several messages at a time.
