Intro

We’re super excited to introduce our new Custom Visibility functionality. Now, if you have apps you want to display in the Copilot portal to some but not all of your clients, you can easily do so with powerful rules based on your clients’ custom fields.

New Features

• For all embeds, links, Marketplace Apps, and Custom Apps that you share with your clients, you can control which clients have access to that app
• You can give visibility directly to certain clients/companies or set them based on their custom fields

  • Currently this feature is just available when editing an app, but we will add it to the “add an app” flow next week!
• Apps API to set Manual Apps
  • Custom Visibility gives you more control over “Automatic” apps, where all specified clients see the same content. Next month, we’ll roll out the ability for more programmatic control over “Manual” apps, where different clients have different content, via our API and Zapier/Make.
