Internal Automations are now in Launchpad. At this time we have just one template available and it is “Send a contract when a client logs in for the first time”.

We’re going to keep building on this foundation to cover the breadth of triggers and actions in Copilot, support a freeform automation builder, and more. Help us prioritize what automation-related features to support next by filling out this quick survey.

Workflow

1. Visit the new Automations tab and click “Create a workflow”.

   

2. Click on a template. At this time we have just one available.

1. Select the contract you want to send to newly activated clients. Note that for this to work you must have 1 or more contract templates created and the contract templates cannot use variable input fields.

1. Test it out! Try setting up a new client as a test - and you can see it work in real-time!
