Most businesses on Copilot are B2B and have companies enabled. You can already manage many aspects at the company level—sharing files, sending messages, issuing invoices, and more. However, until now, the CRM only displayed rows of individual clients.
With this update, the CRM now features two tabs: one for companies (default) and one for clients. Just like with clients, you can click on a company to view its details page. This page consolidates everything relevant to the company in one convenient place.
Important: On the company details page, each tab (messages, files, etc.) displays data associated with the company. If no company-specific data exists, we’ll show data related to associated clients instead, with the client’s name indicated in a dropdown on the right.
