Current Launchpad Features

App Library - group apps and embeds in folders

Starting Feb 17, 2026, Launchpad workspaces will have early access to one of our most-requested features: the ability to create folders and group app/embeds in your (and your clients’) sidebar. We've heard your feedback loud and clear—managing a long list of apps and embeds can get unwieldy, and you've been asking for better organization options for you and your clients.

What's changed?

• Folders for client and internal apps and embeds – Group related items together in your and your client portal sidebars (example: put all analytics apps under one "Analytics" folder) into expandable drop downs.
• Redesigned App Library (formerly App Setup) – We've redesigned this page to show you a preview of the client side and list each app’s visibility settings at first glance.
• Better internal sidebar organization – Hide apps from your internal sidebar that you don’t need to check as often. You can still find and manage all apps in the App Library.

You may notice

Internally, your team might see some apps on your internal sidebar that were previously hidden in the “More” dropdown. This is expected, but now you can group/hide these to clean them up.
